The booming real estate sector is not only attracting indian investors, there are numbers of foreign investors also who are willing to invest in this Sector.
Indian government should allow FDI in sector to help indian builders and real estate developers like Sahara, ANSALS, DLF, UNITECH etc who have ambitious projects like Sahara City Homes, Hi tech city, shopping malls etc.

Sports Ground In Sahara City Homes Lucknow
A few days back I read in the news paper that Sahara City Homes, Lucknow has inaugrated its Cricket Sports Ground.
It gave me a question again why not the hockey ground? what is so facinating about cricket that every corporate is after cricket and cricketers.
The best part of this craze is created by corporate it self by showering money on cricket and cricketers and placing them in limelight with the help of Media. And this can be reapeated with any of other game be it hockey, tennis, football etc.
But now corporates are in a fix they can tame the BIG Jinny they have made out of cricket and follow the rules made by cricket and cricketers.
yesterday itself yuvraj got a endorsement offer of INR 100 crores. what is this ? if any corporate can offer this amount to any game - say hockey, badminton, table tennis etc and create basic infrastructure for the game, India can have 100 Crore Yuvrajs from all of these games.
corporates Please see other games also.

housing needs and corporate response
India is a huge country having a population that can populate almost half of world'd country. As indian economy is witnessing tremendus growth over couple of years. India's population is moving towards urban centers that are creating employment opportunities and changing consumption patters.
This is trend is creating unprecedented demand for dwelling units in socalled developed and developed districts across india.
Governments has been silent to this demand but indian corporates have sensed the need and started catering to these needs.
Developers like DLF, Sahara, Ansals, Unitech etc have huge constructions plan to build township in majority of such locations and have projects worth lacs of crores rupees.
Sahara City Homes is an ambitous project to be developed in 217 indian cities, DLF has transformed Gurgaon and they are focussing on another areas close to NCR.
Here if government bodies does not come forward it would be bad for Indians.

prevailing prices of housing units
i want to buy a flat in lucknow. what are the prevailing rates there for a 3 bedroom flat or 3 bedroom independent house.
I believe there are many developers there like Sahara City Homes, Ansals, Unitech, Parsvanath, Plumeria, Eldeco, LDA, Awas Vikas etc.
I want to have a comparisions of rates. I fear talkng to agents and property dealers as they often cheat buyers with fradulent schemes and misleading informations.
I have many cases where a genuine buyer lands up in deals that are illegal.
Please help me. give me site details wherein I can get all the desired details.

Corporates and National Building
What is your experience ?
What is your qualification ?
these are some general questions if being asked to a candidate appliying for any post. BUT these words have different connotation if asked to a politician.
And this is what TATA tea's latest TV commercial asks.
Today Indian politics and politicans have become synonym for curruptions, scams, frauds and cheating. The daring act of TATA tea is a welcome gesture on the part of corporates to draw people's attention toward such important issues.
To some extent TIMES OF INDIA's LEAD India campaign also urges masses to think for the nation's upbuilding.
I feel more corporates like Sahara, Reliance, Birla etc should come forward and raise topic and start debates on issues concerning modifying Indian Politics and form a common force to remove scams, curruptions, cheatings and fradulents instances and make policiticians a respectable word.

The Sportsmenship of Indian Corporates
Vishwanathan Anand has again made India and himself proud by winning World Chess Championship. Now it is the time to see how many corporates are coming forward to facilitate him.
Now its a time to whether Indian Airlines offers him free air travel or Sahara India offers a free home in its Sahara City Home project.
I feel corporates who pose to be well wisher of games are more interested and focussed on the return they can get by sponsoring an event or person.
Barring few names like MRF and Britania there are few corporates who are providing infrastructural support to the games.
there should be more corporates for this.

Hockey Vs Cricket who is neglected or poorly nurtured
In India cricket is making news every day and people are mad about it. At the same time people are complaining for excess patronage given to cricket over other sports by media, government, corporates and even general public.
I see it from different angle if cricket is today's most popular game in india it is because of its players' all round consistent performance, a structured and regular infrastructure to develop talent even from smaller cities and definatly the TOP GOVERNING BODY i.e. BCCI.
This back end infrastructure is the key for todays sucess for cricket.
for other games like hockey, football, chess etc India lacks a dedicated governing body who is interested in promoting game, here people are more interested and busy in affairs other than related to games. Hockey has its share of prominance and popularity untill 1980 when they won moscow olympic gold. but after that not only the game deteriorated the governing body also become aloof and paid less attention to make game popular in schools and creating and maintaing infrastructure for the game.
Even today hockey has sponsorships from Sahara. Hockey players are on rolls of PSU giants like ONGC, IOC, Indian Airlines etc.
Here governing bodies of other games need to think and act more towards popularising these games.
