Who is Doing What for Indians

Sometimes i wonder why India is not progressing as print and electronic media is pretending. I see lots of faces loosing hope for life as they are not getting opportunity in there native places and they have to come to metros or the capital cities.
There are almost no bussiness or job oportunities in indian hinterlands but at the same time there are booming job opportunities in metros specially delhi, mumbai, kolkata, bangalore, pune and even now cities like lucknow, ahmedabad etc. there are jobs in shopping malls, bpo operation, numurous call centers.
people who can use ENGLISH for writing and speaking can get a job.
there are some companies like reliance, Tata, Wipro, Sahara india, bharti etc who have national presence and they are providing infrastructural support like providing telecom services; parabanking, housing; transport vehicle, computer knowledge in big cities as well as in small towns.
they are the darling of indian middle class and they look up to them as potential employer and investment option through shares and mutual funds. todays rising sunsex is a vitness of this faith.
But at the same time there are companies using false information to create misconceptions among customers and reap profits through wrong businss practices.
I appeal all corporate and responsible officers of that companies to help built a strong financial strong India.

Parabanking schemes of Sahara

I feel Sahara is touching the lifes of every segment and every walk of life through their Parabanking schemes. Parabanking Saving Schemes are framed in such a manner that it suits and is convienient for every individual. I was surprised when my maid started to keep a nominal amount of Rs.20 with me daily, so that by the end of the month she can get collect a sum of Rs.600 to diposit in the monthly saving scheme of Parabanking. Then i realised that these schemes are even very helpful for the people who are hand to mouth. I felt nice to know that our corporates realise these needs of the country

CORPORATES IN INDIA

I guess today's indian corporates are more aware and responsible for Mother India and by looking at their initiatives of Corporate Social Responsibility, they have been contributing a lot recently.

I feel that company that's truly indian in spirit is Sahara for it is actually working for the nation. Not only has it adopted many welfare programmes but also given a boost to sports. I salute its dedication to Bharat Mata.

Lots of companies are working towards the upliftment of society in general and have been contributing in whatsoever manner they can. Be it ICICI providing loan, af course with a cost, for infrastructure building, housings, or TATA, Bharti trying to connect every individual thr their mobile of land line and so on and so forth but factuall no one had done without any commercial aspects associated with it, you may call it a charity. The company that crosses my mind is Sahara India who's two activities, which i can term as philanthropic act, the financial support to the families of Kargil Martyrs and the resettlement and redevelopment of bhuj earthquake victims are minus commercial earnings and is really commendable and appreciating gesture towards the society and an act of genuin social responsibility.
