Sahara Housing

Many of my acquaintances have been residing at Sahara’s project Sahara States in Lucknow for the past many years and are quite satisfied and happy to be there. I have been to the site of Sahara City Homes in Lucknow with one of them who has also purchased a house there and seen the meticulous way with which they are about with the constructions. It seemed to be a mammoth project the grandeur of which can only be imagined. Obviously such a large project takes years to get just the umpteens of relevant clearances from the govt. agencies lethargic as they are in doing their work. At least Sahara is not risking the purchasers / investors hard earned money by starting the City Homes projects immaturely before obtaining all permissions like most other so called renowned and top of the order builders are doing. These unscrupulous and callous builders have given the entire building and construction industry a bad name and obviously Sahara is also being judged by the same scale. Their having obtained EIA clearances for many of their projects whereas all their so called competitors have not obtained even one but are still looking for ways to bypass this public interest rule framed by the govt. speaks well of their intentions.I really admire the tenacity with which they have withstood all kinds of criticism regarding their intentions and motives and have already started three of these colossal projects.Keep it up.
