every day i see thousnd ads in paper tv or elesewhere every body is building malls, buildings, townships, colonies. Property value ranges from 15 lacs to crores. and the major builders are Tata, birla, reliance, sahara, dlf etc.
I am happy that there are huge projects to improve life style of people in towns and cities.
But what will happen to people whose land is being taken though one can say builder or government is giving value for the land taken.
generally these builders take agricultural land from these farmers or villegers and pay compensation for the land. These poorly literate people get carried away from sudden money and loose it easily and since there is no employment left with them they face hardships of life.
Government and builders should come forward with employment generation options. And these companies should also come forward to see that these people are not getting cheated by money lenders; they are not the victim of false promise for their money requirements in absence of employment.
Government housing boards and various development authorities alog with All big companies like Omex, Unitech, parasnath, sahara, dlf etc should think of this.
