A small home. these few words are enough to convey many emotions and labour put in by a person to create a mall world of his/her.
MY HOME, this dream starts from searching for a nice plot / land on which one can build his dream home of a readymade solution inform of a flat in some prime residential area.
I myself had many fears when i started search for a residential plot. The major threats were fraud by the agent or the property dealer or even false information or the policy of the builder itself.
Now a days, these cheatings, frauds, false promises are very common practices and they are daily reported by some newspaper or other medium. It is very difficult to chek legalities of the transaction done earlier of a property as well.
I am totaly lossed, whome o belive government bodies whose delivery promises often get delayed or the nasty network of clerks of these departments who make multiple files of one property and sell them to as many buyers.
Or I should believe other leading builders like dlf, sahara, omaxe, parswanath, eldeco etc who have reputed name in this industry. but still many schemes and comprisions offered by them again leave a consumer in confusion as to which one to chose from.
whatever the case may be, finding a SWEET Home is still a mirage. I feel there should some consumer forums wherein people can share thier experience and give guidance to people seeking help in finding/ making a home.
