Customer is always right.
These are some of the jargons used in board rooms of big corporate houses. Big marketing and sales guy promises to follow customer needs and satisfaction.
But, the BIG REALTY is customer is made to follow strict company policies for no fault of his. Often it happens that sales person of credit card companies; insurance companies, mobile or telephone selling agents promise moon to the customer at the time of selling product/ services. but when there is problem to the customer company often give excuses like call to call center, the agent gave wrong or misleading information, contact to city office etc etc.
Call centers are the new tool to harrase customers. my observations have been that only 2 out of 10 callers get satisfied. most of the time we shall let you know or sorry this is company policy we can not help is the ready answer with these call center executives.
i want all the leading business house like Reliance, TATA, Sahara India, Bharti etc who are having call centers to help their customer, they should check their process once again so that customer is not left unsatisfied.
